Peter has over thirty years of litigation experience. He has a masters (LL.M.) in Taxation and handles all types of cases involving taxes from Trusts, Wills, and Probate to representation before the IRS. Peter is a former Public Defender and successfully handled many high profile cases. He also handles select Criminal and Juvenile cases.

Tim’s practice focuses generally on business law and business litigation, but he also handles financially complex divorce cases. His practice includes representing companies with business and commercial disputes, including intellectual property (copyright and patent infringement and trade secret), employment, corporate governance, partnership, real estate, contract and litigation. He also provides counsel for general corporate transactions, such as formation of entities (C and Subchapter S Corporations, LLCs, etc.), corporate financing and commercial transactions.

Mr. Weiner has specialized in criminal and juvenile law since 1997. He has handled appeallate cases, contract negotiations, adminstrative hearings, civil litigation, family matters, personal injury and hundreds of different cases over the years.
